{"id":13833,"date":"2026-06-30T13:46:11","date_gmt":"2026-06-30T16:46:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/portalcapixaba.com\/?p=13833"},"modified":"2026-06-30T13:46:11","modified_gmt":"2026-06-30T16:46:11","slug":"plenario-analisa-pec-dos-agentes-de-saude-nesta-terca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/portalcapixaba.com\/?p=13833","title":{"rendered":"Plen\u00e1rio analisa PEC dos agentes de sa\u00fade nesta ter\u00e7a"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>O Plen\u00e1rio do Senado analisa nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (30), a partir das 14h, a proposta de emenda \u00e0 Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o que estabelece aposentadoria especial para agentes comunit\u00e1rios de sa\u00fade e agentes de combate \u00e0s endemias e determina a regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o do v\u00ednculo funcional desses profissionais.<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www25.senado.leg.br\/web\/atividade\/materias\/-\/materia\/170850\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PEC 14\/2021<\/a>, aprovada na Comiss\u00e3o de Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o e Justi\u00e7a (CCJ), fixa regras permanentes e transit\u00f3rias de aposentadoria para as duas categorias, disciplina a forma de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o desses agentes, prev\u00ea medidas de financiamento pela Uni\u00e3o. Tamb\u00e9m estende as regras aos agentes ind\u00edgenas de saneamento e aos agentes ind\u00edgenas de sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n<p>A proposta prev\u00ea que agentes comunit\u00e1rios de sa\u00fade e agentes de combate \u00e0s endemias ter\u00e3o direito \u00e0 aposentadoria com idade m\u00ednima de 57 anos para mulheres e 60 anos para homens, desde que comprovem 25 anos de contribui\u00e7\u00e3o e de efetivo exerc\u00edcio na atividade profissional.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ind\u00fastria nacional de medicamentos<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m na \u00e1rea de sa\u00fade, deve ser votado o projeto que cria a Estrat\u00e9gia Nacional de Sa\u00fade do Complexo Econ\u00f4mico-Industrial da Sa\u00fade.\u00a0Essa ser\u00e1 uma pol\u00edtica para garantir a autonomia do Brasil na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de medicamentos, vacinas, equipamentos e insumos m\u00e9dicos.<\/p>\n<p>O\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www25.senado.leg.br\/web\/atividade\/materias\/-\/materia\/169609\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PL 2.583\/2020<\/a>, j\u00e1 aprovado na CCJ, prev\u00ea instrumentos de est\u00edmulo \u00e0 produ\u00e7\u00e3o nacional em sa\u00fade e estabelece regras para compras p\u00fablicas, financiamento e regula\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos estrat\u00e9gicos para o Sistema \u00danico de Sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Seguran\u00e7a das mulheres<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Outro projeto em pauta permite a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o, aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o e posse de aerossol de extratos vegetais para defesa pessoal de mulheres. O <a href=\"https:\/\/www25.senado.leg.br\/web\/atividade\/materias\/-\/materia\/173217\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PL 727\/2026 <\/a>tamb\u00e9m estabelece regras para o uso e define penalidades para uso indevido.<\/p>\n<p>O projeto, que n\u00e3o chegou a ser analisado em comiss\u00e3o, pretende colaborar com a prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 integridade f\u00edsica, psicol\u00f3gica e sexual das mulheres.
